About the Presenter:

Rich Pianka, Deputy General Counsel and 黑料不打烊Litigation Center Chief Counsel, 黑料不打烊

Rich Pianka is Deputy General Counsel for the 黑料不打烊, where he advocates on behalf of the industry before Congress and the executive branch on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues. In addition, as Chief Counsel of the 黑料不打烊Litigation Center, he is responsible for advancing and defending the interests of motor carriers in the nation's courts, and regularly represents 黑料不打烊in litigation with broad policy implications for the trucking industry.

Rich came to 黑料不打烊in 2012 from the general and appellate litigation practice at Mayer Brown LLP. Previously, Rich clerked for Chief Judge Danny J. Boggs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and is a graduate of Princeton University, the University of Texas at Austin, and the Georgetown University Law Center.
