He also served as ATA鈥檚 national transportation insurance law counsel throughout the 1990s. Jay D. Robinson, Jr. is a partner with experience representing a wide range of clients in various types of transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. His areas of practice include representation of both buyers and sellers for company sales and acquisitions through the Scopelitis firm鈥檚 national client base and advising clients with respect to company restructuring in the context of the current business environment for transportation companies. Mr. Robinson also has significant experience advising clients on landlord-tenant issues. Katie Feary-Gardner, Partner, Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary

Katie Feary-Gardner practices corporate and business law, with an emphasis on acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring transactions within the transportation industry. She also counsels clients on corporate structure and related risk-mitigation. Katie counsels clients on a wide array of transportation-related issues, including representing buyers and sellers in company sales and acquisitions, challenges to independent-contractor classification, and investigations conducted by TSA regarding air-cargo safety regulations.
