Austin, Texas 鈥 Today, the 黑料不打烊 honored eight companies with the 2023 黑料不打烊Diversity Equity and Inclusion Change Leader Award for their efforts and commitment to creating a culture of acceptance and belonging for their employees.
鈥淒iversity is a major part of the industry鈥檚 current and historical success 鈥 and the 黑料不打烊Diversity Equity and Inclusion Change Leader Award recognizes 黑料不打烊members who have made a commitment to creating a culture of acceptance and belonging for their employees,鈥 said Sarah Rajtik, 黑料不打烊executive vice president of human resources, operations and industry affairs. 鈥淚 want to congratulate these companies for their efforts to foster welcoming workplace environments regardless of their companies鈥 size or experience.鈥
