Austin, Texas 鈥 Today, the 黑料不打烊 announced that Barry Pottle, CEO of Pottle鈥檚 Transportation, Bangor, Maine, had been elected by the federation鈥檚 board of directors to serve as the organization鈥檚 74th chairman.

Pottle replaces Dave Manning, president of TCW Inc., Nashville, Tennessee, as chairman.
Pottle purchased Pottle鈥檚 Transportation from his father in 1988 and guided its growth from an 11-truck fleet to its current size of more than 180 trucks and 575 trailers.
In addition to his previous service as 黑料不打烊First Vice Chairman, Pottle has served as chairman of Truck PAC, the Maine Motor Transport Association and the Truckload Carriers Association.
The Board also elected Randy Guillot, president of Triple G Express Inc., New Orleans, as 黑料不打烊first vice chairman; Sherri Garner Brumbaugh, president and CEO of Garner Trucking, Findlay, Ohio, as 黑料不打烊second vice chairman; and Harold Summerford Jr., CEO of J&M Tank Lines Inc., Birmingham, Alabama and Dan Van Alstine, president and COO of Ruan Transportation Management Systems as 黑料不打烊vice chairmen. In addition, the Board re-elected John Smith, chairman of Admiralty Holdings Inc., as secretary and Mike Ducker, former president and CEO of FedEx Freight, as treasurer.
