In response to 黑料不打烊MSC's for an extension to the Household Goods rule changes set to聽take effect today, this morning,聽the FMCSA released a Notice of Enforcement Discretion Determination stating the agency will not enforce the rule鈥檚 changes until October 31, 2022.
